Room Rate Policy + Disclaimers

• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP)

• Room rates are payable upon entry

• Three hours stay or less (contact us for more info)

• Extra hour or a fraction will be charged ₱100 extra per hour

• Room rates are subject to change without any prior notice at sole discretion of the company. Introductory rates are only available during Soft Opening period

• No pets are allowed on property or inside of the rooms

• Maximum occupancy of Tiama Legacy Rest Stop is 21 persons
