• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP)

• Three hours stay or less (₱500 rate)

• Room rates are payable upon entry

• Extra hour or a fraction will be charged ₱100 extra per hour

• Children 7 years old or under stay free (maximum of two)

• Rate is for the maximum guests of 2 persons

• Additional person fee applies: ₱300 per person

• Introductory room rates are only available for a limited time

• Room rates are subject to change without any prior notice at sole discretion of the company

• No pets allowed at the property or the rooms

• Maximum occupancy of Tiama Legacy Rest Stop is 21 persons
