Room & Property Policy

Tiama Legacy Rest Stop (TLRS) is owned by the Tiama Legacy Corporation (TLC). The safety and comfort of our guests and staff are at the apex of our priorities. All guests are to sign a Guest Registration Form (GRF) upon arrival detailing among others the guest’s stay duration, room number, pricing, and basic guidelines in consonance with TLRS’s Room and Property Policy. The policy may change at any time at the discretion of Tiama Legacy Corporation.

Guidelines

• Since we are on a 24/7 basis, check-in is anytime the assigned staff is present. Contact Us and we'll be able to help set you up for arrival.

• Check-out is no later than noon.

• All room taxes are included in the price.

• No pets of any kind are allowed in our property or rooms.

• Our property enforces a quiet time for all of our guests from 10 pm to 8 am. We do this to respect the comfort of you and other guests.

• For health and facilities preservation reasons we enjoin our guests not to smoke inside of the rooms, otherwise, odor removal costs shall be charged to their account.

• Cleaning of the rooms is done before and after each stay. Please inform the staff if you need to have the room cleaned while you are checked in.

• Guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public places of the property.

• Alcohol consumption is only allowed at the "balcony" area outside of the room.

• It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the rooms and property.

• Picture-taking is allowed except inside the memorabilia, kitchen, laundry, and staff housing. If in doubt, please ask our staff for assistance.

• We trust that our guests respect the rooms, amenities, and facilities of Tiama Legacy Rest Stop. We reserve the right to assess guests for damages attributable to their negligence or improper use thereof.
