Room & Property Policy

Tiama Legacy Rest Stop (TLRS) is owned by the Tiama Legacy Corporation (TLC). The safety and comfort of our guests and staff are at the apex of our priorities. All guests are to sign a Guest Registration Form (GRF) upon arrival detailing among others the guest's stay duration, room number, pricing and basic guidelines in consonance with TLRS's Room and Property Policy.

For health and facilities preservation reasons we enjoin our guests not to smoke inside of the rooms, otherwise, odor removal costs shall be charged to their account.

Cleaning of the rooms is done before and after each stay. Please inform the staff if you need to have the room cleaned while you are checked-in.

Picture-taking is allowed except inside the memorabilia, kitchen, laundry, and staff housing. If in doubt, please ask our staff for assistance.

We trust that our guests respect the rooms, amenities, and facilities of Tiama Legacy Rest Stop. We reserve the right to assess guests for damages attributable to their negligence or improper use thereof.
