Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a valid credit card authorization. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and reference number.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Seasonal rates may apply during peak periods and holidays.

Standard Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before check-in
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in

Peak Season

During peak seasons and holidays, a stricter cancellation policy may apply. Please check your booking confirmation for specific terms.

No-shows

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

Pets

Pets are allowed with prior approval and may incur an additional cleaning fee. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay.

Guest Capacity

Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity are not permitted without prior arrangement.
